Artist's Description
The back end of the Rancho de Taos Catholic Church has been the topic of many a piece of artwork. It's a very old mission established by the early Spanish settlers in Taos, New Mexico. Georgia O'Keefe painted this church many times. I have painted the West side, with the cottonwood trees sillouetted from the afternoon sun.
